-  Purpose: to implement the cash dividend payment of 2013. 

-  Dividend pay-out ratio: 6% (VND600/share)

-  Payment date: April 28, 2014

-  Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at FECON Mining Joint Stock Company, ThiSon Industrial Cluster, ThiSon Commune, KimBang District, Hanam Province from TUE and WED in week (from 08:00 -12 a.m to 13:00-17:00p.m) from April 28, 2014, and please submit ID cards.
