FCM: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2013

FECON Mining Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on March 26, 201:

1. Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to pay for 2013 dividend in cash:

-  Record date: April 11, 2014

-  Payment for the 2013 cash dividend:

·         Dividend pay-out ratio: 6% of charter capital (VND600/ share)

·         Payment date: expected in April, 2014   

-  Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  FECON Mining Joint Stock Company, Thi Son Industrial Park, Thi Son Commune, Kim Bang District, Ha Nam Province.

2. Article 2: The Board of Directors authorized Director to implement.
