RAL: Resolution on payment dividend

On March 24, 2014, the Board of Directors of Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company announced the payment for the second 2013 dividend to existing shareholders as follows:

-  Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1.500/ share)

-  Total value: VND17,250,000,000

-  Payment date: April 29, 2014
