SNG: Notice of Dividend payment in cash of 2012 for shares deposited in Trang An Securities JSC

Song Da No 10.1 JSC announces that:

Due to Trang An Securities is suspended of all  activities therefore shareholders who have been deposited SNG in Trang An Securities will be paid dividend in cash of 2012 at Song Da No 10.1 JSC from 26/03/2014. Address: # 52, Nguyen Tat Thanh str., Hoa Lu ward, Pleiku city, Gia lai province. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
