On March 19, 2014, the Board of Directors of Fecon Foundation Engineering and Underground Construction Joint Stock Company unanimously approved to pay the 2013 dividend as follows:

-  Record date: April 04, 2014

-  Pay-out ratio: 10% charter capital

-  Payment date: in April 2014

-  Payment method: by cash

-  Place of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at its office of Fecon Foundation Engineering and Underground Construction Joint Stock Company – 15^th Floor, CEO Tower, HH2-1 Lot, Me Tri Garden City, Pham Hung Street, Me Tri, Tu Liem, Ha Noi City.
