SMA: SMA extends the 2011 dividend payment date

Saigon Machinery Spare Parts Joint Stock Company announced to extend the dividend payment date as follows:

In the previous announcement, the 2011 dividend payment date of Saigon Machinery Spare Parts Joint Stock Company will be March 31, 2014, with a payment ratio of VND1,300/share.

However, because to late cash collection, so the Company would like to pay dividends in two times:

-          First time: the company will pay VND100/share on March 31, 2014.

-          Second time: the company will pay VND1,200/share on May 30, 2014.
