PNJ: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2013

Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on March 31, 2014:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to the record date: April 24, 2014.

Article 2:  The Board of Directors approved to pay for the second phase of 2013

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

-         Payment date: May 15, 2014     

Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company from May 15, 2014.

Article 3:  The Board of Directors authorized Ms. Cao thi Ngoc Dung, the Chairman of the BOD to implement.
