On April 24, 2014, HOSE had Decision No.173/QD-SGDHCM to allow BIDV Insurance Corporation on the exchange:

-         Number shares before changing listing: 66,000,000 shares

-         Additional volume: 3,300,000 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND33,000,000,000

-         Number shares after changing listing: 69,300,000 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND693,000,000,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: April 28, 2014 

-         Reason of additional listing: public offering for employees of the company.
