HLA: HLA faces delisting from HOSE

On April 21, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange received the financial statements of Q2 fiscal year 2014 of Huu Lien Asia Corporation (stock code: HLA). Accordingly, its after-tax profit in Q2 is –VND152 billion; and its undistributed after-tax profit at March 31, 2014 is –VND393.96 billion, while the paid-up capital is VND344.59 billion.

-  Therefore, if total accumulated losses in its fiscal year 2013-2014 audited financial statements exceed paid-up capital, HLA stock will be delisted form HOSE in accordance with Point d - Clause 1 - Article 60 of Decree 58/2012/ND-CP dated July 20, 2012.
