On April 18, 2014, HOSE had Decision No.166/QD-SGDHCM to allow PAN Pacific Corporation to list additional shares on the exchange:

-         Stock code: PAN

-         Number shares before changing listing: 20,050,000 shares

-         Additional volume: : 20,312,500 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND203,125,000,000

-         Number shares after changing listing: 40,362,500 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND403,625,000,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: April 22, 2014 

-    Reason of additional listing: Those are shares issued private placement to strategic shareholders.
