C21: Board resolution – Mar 13

The Board of Directors of Century 21 Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution dated March 13, 2014 as follows:

-          The Board of Directors approved Century 21 Joint Stock Company to transfer 51% charter capital of Saigon Century 21 Maneral Company Limited to Mr. Vo Phuong Lam – a member of the Board of Directors with worth of VND3,200,000,000.

-          The Board of Directors approved to resign Mr. Nguyen Manh Hao from Director – the legal representative at Saigon Century 21 Maneral Company Limited.
