RDP: RDP allowed to extend the public share offering

On March 11, 2014, the State Securities Commission approved to extend the certificate for public share offering of RangDong Plastic Joint-Stock Company until the end of April 29, 2014. During the extension time, the Corporation must finish the distribution of shares.
