QCG: Disclosure information Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Joint Stock Company has announced to issue shares to swap Saigon Green Development Investment Land Joint Stock Company’s shares.
- The number of shares registered to issue: 2,927,167 shares.
- Exercise ratio: 1.5:1 (1.5 SGG shares will interchange with 1 QCG share). The swapped shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares which are not enough to interchange with 1 QCG share will be buy back for treasury shares at par value.
