CII: Disclosure information

On March 13, 2014, The Ministry of Transport issued letter No. 2554/BGTVT-QLDN approving the transfer of old shareholders’ capital contribution in Rach Mieu Bridge BOT Co., Ltd. to Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, CII will hold 49.44% charter capital of Rach Mieu Bridge BOT Co., Ltd.
