TNA: Resolution on Dividend Payment

On February 11, 2014, The Board of Directors of Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation announced the record date to close shareholder list:

Article 1: The second dividend payment of 2013:

-         Total stock: 8,000,000 shares

-         Par value: VND10,000/ share

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

Article 2: Record date: February 27, 2014

-         Payment date: March 27, 2014

-         The resolution is valid from February 11, 2014.
