LSS: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2012

Lam Son Sugar Joint Stock Corporation announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on February 07, 2014:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to the record date for 2012 dividend in cash:

-         Record date: February 25, 2014

-         Payment for the 2012 cash dividend:

+         Dividend pay-out ratio: 4.5%/ par value (VND450/ share)

+         Payment date: April 08, 2014     

Article 2:  The Board of Directors authorized the CEO to implement.
