On February 11, 2014, HOSE announced the record date for 2013 dividend in cash of Dam Sen Water Park Corporation:

-         Stock symbol:  DSN                            

-         Ex-right date:    February 26, 2014     

-         Record date:    February 28, 2014     

-         Purpose:  for the payment for the last phase of 2013 dividend in cash           

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 24%/ par value (VND2,400/ share)

-         Payment date: March 12, 2014            

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Dam Sen Water Park Corporation, 03 Hoa Binh Street, Ward 3, District 11,  HCM City  from  March 12, 2014.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
