DSN: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2013
Dam Sen Water Park Corporation announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on February 08, 2014:
Article 1: The Board of Directors approved - Payment for 2013 cash dividend: 60% according to the Board’s resolution on Jan 25 - Paid for the first phase of 2013: 36% - And now, the firm would pay for the second phase of 2013 dividend at VND2,400/share.: 24% - Record date: February 28, 2014 - Payment date: March 12, 2014 Article 2: The Board of Directors authorized the Senior management to implement.
