On 10/12/2013, Thanh Hoa Beer JSC announced the board resolution as follows:

Article1: Approve the plan to call extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on changing members of Board and Supervisory Board is the representative of Ha Noi Beer - Alcohol Beverage Corporation, the expected time is in January 2014.

Article2: Members of Board and Director of the Company are responsible to implement this resolution

Article3: This resolution goes into effect on the date of signature.
