PGS: Board resolution

On 10/12/2013, Petrovietnam Southern Gas JSC announced the board resolution as follows:

Article1: Approve the acquisition of 45% equity capital of PTT at VIETNAM Gas CO., LTD

Article2: Assign Director to conduct divisions to make procedures to buy the PTT’s equity capital at Viet Nam Gas Co., LTD in accordance with current law.

Article3: This resolution goes into effect on the date of signature. BOD, Management Board, and heads of departments are responsible to implement this resolution.
