Hoa Binh Rubber Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated December 12, 2013 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to liquidate 950.9712 hectares of old rubber trees in order to replant new trees in 2014.

Article 2: The Board of Directors assigned the CEO to implement the liquidation sale.
