GMX: Board resolution

My Xuan Brick Tile Pottery and Construction announces the board resolution approved on 25 November 2013 as follows:

Article 1: Agree to the plan on interim dividend distribution in cash the first time of 2013 as follows:

-          Interim dividend payout ratio: 10% of charter capital

-          Time: In December 2013

Article 2: The resolution takes effect as from the signing date. Assign the Chairman of the Board of Directors to direct the General Directors to implement the above in accordance with the charter of the Company and current regulations.
