Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation announced the Board Resolution dated November 27, 2013 as follows:

-         The Board of Directors decided to stop issuing private placement new shares according to Resolution No.1541/NQ-HDQT dated November 11, 2013 and instead the company borrow capital from Dai A Bank.
