-         The Board of Directors approved to add contents in the Annual General Meeting for fiscal year 2013-2014.

+         To add business lines: renting and leasing of other machinery, equipment and tangible goods (code: 7730).

+         To add content at Point 1, Article 3, Charter of Hoa Sen Group.
