-         Number of shares bought back: 7,920 shares

-         Trading time: December 10, 2013

-         Number of treasury shares before the purchase: 480,815 shares

-         Number of treasury shares after the purchase: 488,735 shares

-         Financial resource for the purchase: Vinamilk’s capital surplus and undistributed profit.

-         Average buying price: VND10,000/share

-         Trading method: put-through method, not via the trading floor.
