VNM: Vinamilk to repurchase 3,200 shares from former employees

Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (VINAMILK) has registered to repurchase VNM shares to be treasury shares as follows:

-         Stock code: VNM

-         Par value: VND10,000

-         Number of treasury shares before trading: 488,735 shares

-         Number of shares registered to be bought back: 3,200 shares

-         Purpose: to buy back the 2010&2011 ESOP shares from the former employees.

-         Financial resource for the buyback: capital surplus and undistributed profit.

-         Trading time: from December 23, 2013

-         Trading method: put-through.

-         Buying price: VND10,000/share.
