VNM: Report on the number of outstanding shares

Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (VINAMILK) reported the change in the number of outstanding shares as follows:

1.       Before treasury share purchase:

-         Number of outstanding voting shares: 833,474,981 shares

-         Number of treasury shares: 480,815 shares

2.       Number of ESOP shares withdrawn: 7,920 shares

-         Reason: to withdraw ESOP shares from the former employees.

3.       After treasury share purchase:

-         Number of outstanding voting shares: 833,467,061 shares

-         Number of treasury shares: 488,735 shares.
