DNM: DNM: Board resolution

On 02/12/2013, DANAMECO Medical Joint Stock Corporation announced board resolutions as follows:

1. Approve the registration dossiers     for offering shares to the public of DANAMECO Medical Joint Stock Corporation according to the regulations of law and Charter of the Corporation including:

- Legality and implementation schedule of the issuing profile (send to SSC)

- Draft for the program and the completion time of issuing

2. Approve the commitment on listing additional shares Hanoi Stock Exchange within 01 year from the finishing date of the offering

- All of the shares were offered to existing shareholders and staff of the Corporation will be registered for additional depository at Vietnam Securities Depository Center and for additional listing on HNX and Hanoi Stock Exchange right after finishing the offering

- Implementation period: within 03 months from the finishing date of the offering
