VNM: Information disclosure
Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (Vinamilk) disclosed the information on business activity as follows:
- Vinamilk was received the certificate No. 663/BKHĐT-ĐTRNN by Ministry of Planning & Investment dated December 06, 2013 to invest overseas in Driftwood Dairy Holding Corporation (“Driftwood”) in the State of California, United States of America. Vinamilk will invest USD7,000,000 and hold 70% of ownership of Driftwood. - Driftwood is a company specializing in producing and distributing a full complement of dairy and food service products that range from dairy to a full line of gourmet cheese, juices, salads, drinks, ice cream... Products are distributed in California market and can be exported.
