announces the restructure of Cam Pha Cement Joint Stock Company as follows:
The performance of the contract dated
24/10/2013 on restructuring Cam Pha Cement Joint Stock Company between
Vinaconex Corporation, Viettel Group, Viettel Import - Export Limited Company
and Cam Pha Cement Joint Stock Company, on 29/11/2013 Vinaconex Corporation and
its partners has finished the restructure of Cam Pha Cement Joint Stock
Company, in which Vinaconex Corporation has finished transferring the shares of
Cam Pha Cement Joint Stock Company to Viettel Group, Viettel Import - Export
Limited Company, the details as follows:
1.
Volume of shares, rate of the shares of Cam Pha Cement JSC held by parties
before transferring time as follows:
- Vinaconex: 199,000,000
shares, equivalent to 99.5% of the shares of Cam Pha Cement JSC
- Viettel Group: 0 share, equivalent to 0% of the shares of Cam Pha Cement JSC
- Viettel Import - Export Limited Company: 0
share, equivalent to 0% of the shares of Cam Pha Cement JSC.
2.
Volume of shares, rate of the shares of Cam Pha Cement JSC held by parties
after transferring time as follows:
- Vinaconex: 60,000,000
shares, equivalent to 30% of the shares of Cam Pha Cement JSC
- Viettel Group: 138,000,000 shares, equivalent to 69% of the shares of Cam Pha
Cement JSC
- Viettel Import - Export Limited Company: 20,000,000
shares, equivalent to 1% of the shares of Cam Pha Cement JSC.
