VNS: Board Resolution – Dec 06

Vietnam Sun Corporation announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated December 06, 2013 as follows:

-         The Board of Directors approved the results of the private placement to increase its charter capital from 404,998,180,000 dongs to 434,998,180,000 dongs according to Resolution of the 2013 extraordinary meeting of shareholders dated August 27, 2013.

-         The Board of Directors approved the Charter of Vietnam Sun Corporation according to Resolution of the 2013 extraordinary meeting of shareholders dated August 27, 2013.
