SJS: Explanation forbusiness result in Q3, 2013

Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development Joint Stock Companyexplained the increase of profit in Q3/2013 compared to Q3/2012 as follows:

-         Company has focused to implement a part of Nam An Khanh new urban area project (transfer agreement of houses and land use rights ofNam An Khanh new urban area).

-         General and admin expenses in the first 9 months of 2013 decreased significantly compared to the first 9 months of 2013 because company has implemented the cost saving policy.
