FDG: Docimexco fined for administrative violation

According to Decision No.777/QD-XPVPHC dated November 29, 2013, Dongthap Trading Corporation (Docimexco) was sanctioned VND70 million for administrative violation. Docimexco did not announce the following documents within the prescribed time limit:

-         Quarter-4/2012 financial statements;

-         2012 audited financial statements;

-         Quarter-2/2013 financial statements;

-         2013 semi-annual financial statements;

-         Board Resolution No.01/NQ-HDQT/DCM dated January 22, 2013 on business plan for 2013;

-         Board Resolution No.02/NQ-HDQT/DCM dated February 04, 2013 on the appointment of Ms. Vu Thi Thong as Deputy CEO.
