Vinafreight International Freight Forwarders JSC announces Board Resolution approved on 28/11/2013 as follows:
1. Recovering 100% of capital of Vinafreight International Freight Forwarders JSC at Viet Nam Jardine Marine Services Company Limited.
2. General Manager is assigned to implement procedures for transfer of the capital.
