HDO: Board Resolution on private placement

Hung Dao Container Joint Stock Company announces board resolution on the plan of stock private placement approved on 02/12/2013 as follows:

Article 1: Approve type of shares, volume of shares, selling price:

-     Type of share:                     Common share

-     Par value:                           VND10, 000.

-     Total volume of shares to be offered: 3,000,000 shares

-     Offering price:                      VND10, 000/share

Article 2: Approve the standards to choose the objects for private placement:

Investors at home and abroad, who have enough ability of finance, can support the operation of the Company in short-term and long-term. The transfer restriction complies with the regulations of laws.

Article 3: Approve the list of the objects for private placement:
