-         The BOD approved to receive the stake transfer of Lam Dong Tea JSC and Di Linh Coffee Tea JSC held by Toan Luc Trading JSC as follows:

+         Number of shares: 1,110,000 shares

+         Price: VND60,000 / share

+         Value: VND66,600,000,000

+         Number of shares: 536,326 shares

+         Price: VND60,000 / share

+         Value: 32,179,560,000

+         Total value of VND98,779,560,000 was deducted to reduce receivables from Toan Luc Trading JSC. Relevant procedures are expected to completet before December 31, 2013.
