KLF: Board resolution
On 23/10/2013, BOD of FLC
Global Joint Stock Company announced Board resolution on receiving share
transfer in Thanh Nam Group Joint Stock Company and appointing capital
representative as follows:
Article 1. Decide to receive transfer of 30% of charter
capital in Thanh Nam Group Joint Stock Company, equivalent to 3,000,000 shares
(VND 30,000,000,000) from Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thu, who were
big shareholders of Thanh Nam Group Joint Stock Company.
Article 2. Decide to appoint Mr. Le Thanh Duong as capital
representative of FLC Global Joint Stock Company in Thanh Nam Group Joint Stock
Company.
Mr. Le Thanh Duong
represented 30% of charter capital of Thanh Nam Group Joint Stock Company, equivalent
to 3,000,000 shares (VND 30,000,000,000).
