On November 22, 2013, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam granted Certificate No.64/UBCK-GCN to Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Constructions Corporation so that Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Constructions Corporation can offer its shares to the public as follows:

-         Listed firm: Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Constructions Corporation.          

-         Paid-in charter capital: VND527,996,810,000

-         Stock symbol: DXG

-         Stock type: Common Stock

-         Par value: VND10,000

-         Total offering volume: 22,200,319 shares

-         Total issue value (basing on par value): VND222,003,190,000

-         Distribution time: within 90 days from the effective date of the certificate.

-         Offering method: according to the Company’s prospectus.
