MHC: Marina Hanoi transfers capital in an associated company

On November 20, 2013, Hanoi Maritime Holding Company (MARINA HANOI) signed an agreement worth VND3 billion to transfer all of 49-percent stake in Southern Hanoi Marine Time Co., Ltd. Therefore, as from November 20, 2013, Southern Hanoi Marine Time Co., Ltd. has not been an associated company of Hanoi Maritime Holding Company.
