NLG: NLG Corp invests more capital in Nguyen Son Trading & Construction Co., Ltd.

Nam Long Investment Corporation announced the Board Resolution dated November 25, 2013:

-         The BOD approved for capital increase of Nguyen Son Co., Ltd. from VND135 billion to VND 157.5 billion through additional contribution capital of shareholders. Contribution capital of NLG Corp was VND18,213,800,000, including:

+         The amount of VND 17,733,520,000 will be transferred from working capital that NLG Corp invested in Nguyen Son Co., Ltd. to charter capital.

+         The remaining amount of VND480,280,000 will be contributed by cash.

The BOD authorized Mr. Nguyen Xuan Quang as additional contribution capital representative.
