GMD: GMD receives share transfer in Nam Hai Dinh Vu Port JSC

On October 14, 2013, the Board of Directors of Gemadept Corporation approved to receive the shares transfer of 12,000,000 shares in Nam Hai Dinh Vu Joint Stock Company from VIPCO Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company. Currently, Gemadept holds 54.66% stake in Nam Hai Dinh Vu Port Co. After the transfer completes, Gemadept will hold 84.66% stake in Nam Hai Dinh Vu Joint Stock Company.
