On October 16, 2013, the Board of Directors of Construction Joint Stock Company No.5 (SC5) decided to buy 4,000,000 additional shares at par value of Tan Phuoc Real Estate Joint Stock Company in order to increase its holding ratio in Tan Phuoc.
