VID: VID likely to be delisted from HOSE

On May 07, 2013, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.171/2013/QD-SGDHCM changing VID shares of Vien Dong Investment Development Trading Corporation from suspension status to controlled status from May 09, 2013 after Vien Dong Investment Development Trading Corporation explained causes of the loss in 2012 and had business plan for 2013. On August 30, 2013, HOSE received the Corporation’s consolidated financial statements for the first six months of 2013 audited by AAT Co., Ltd. Accordingly, the Corporation’s after-tax profit for the first six months of 2013 continued to be -VND50.7 billion. If after having the 2013 audited financial statements, the Corporation still has total accumulated loss, VID shares will have to be delisted, according to Point dd - Clause 1 - Article 60 of Decree No.58/2012/ND-CP.
