Article 1: Approving the result of stock issuance to raise
capital in 2013:

Article 2: Approving amendment in the Company’s Charter to: “The
Company’s charter capital is VND270,000,000,000. It is divided into 27,000,000
shares. Par value per share is VND10,000.”
Article 3: Approving to additionally deposit 5,672,362 shares at
the Vietnam Securities Depository and list them on the Hochiminh Stock
Exchange.
