SII: Board Resolution Aug 12

Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation announced Board Resolution dated August 12, 2013 as follows:

-         On July 04, 2013, the Board of Directors approved to  transfer its entire stake ((3,373,500 shares or 48.19%) in Binh Trieu Road Bridge Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company to Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company with total transfer value of 47,434,620,000 dongs, this value was lower than targeted because of calculating of mistake.  Therefore, the Board of Directors adjusted transfer price of investment as follows:

-         The Board of Directors decided to transfer its entire stake (3,373,500 shares or 48.19%) in Binh Trieu Road Bridge Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company to Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) with total transfer value of 63,418,426,500 dongs.
