VTO: Change in stock transfer restriction

Viet Nam Tanker Joint Stock Company (VITACO) announced the change in stock transfer restriction of 41,465,217 unrestricted stocks from Vietnam National Petroleum Group to Petrolimex Tanker Corporation (PG Tanker) from August 7, 2013.
