DCT: YM Intelligent Case to be brought to trial on 22 Aug

The Dong Nai Provincial People's Court decided to bring to trial the case between the claimant Dong Nai Roofsheet and Construction Material Joint Stock Company (DONAC) and the defendant All Oceans Transportation Inc. about the claims of property damage and losses because YM Intelligent Ship of All Oceans Transportation Inc. crushed into the crane and wharf of Cong Thanh – Nhon Trach Cement Factory of DONAC. The case will be brought to trial on August 22, 2013.
