SII: Board Resolution No. 17
On August 19, 2013, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation announced the Board Resolution No. 17/NQ-HDQT-2013 as follows:
Article 1: To approve the full text of the draft of the investment Agreement to be signed on 19 August 2013 between Saigon Water and Manila Water South Asia Holdings Pte Ltd. Article 2: to assign Mr. Truong Khac Hoanh – Board Member and President of the Company – to sign the Investment Agreement and related documents with the Partner. Article 3: This Resolution shall takes effect from the date of signing. The member of the Board of Directors, the Executive Board are responsible for the implementation of this Resolution.
