Hochiminh Stock Exchange allowed Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint-Stock Company to repurchase VNM shares from the employees who left the Company:

-         Company: Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint-Stock Company (Vinamilk)

-         Stock symbol: VNM

-         Par value: VND 10,000/ share

-         Number of treasury shares before trading: 464,925 shares

-         Volume registered to buy back: 11,850 shares

-         Purpose: to buy back the shares from the employees who received the shares in 2010 and 2011 but left Vinamilk.

-         Financial resource: from capital surplus and undistributed profit

-         Trading method: put-through method

-         Expected trading period: from August 26, 2013.
