BMP: Board Resolution No. 2

Binh Minh Plastics Joint Stock Company (BMPLASCO) announced Board Resolution No.2 dated May 27, 2013:

-         Approving to set up three sub boards to support for operation of the Board of Directors:

+         Mr. Le Quang Doanh – BOD Chairman as head of Policy, human resource, salary & bonus sub.

+         Mr. Nguyen hoang Ngan – Deputy of BOD Chairman as head of development strategy sub

+         Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Yen – a member of the Board of Directors as head of investor relation sub.

-         Appointing Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Yen – a member of the Board of Directors as Deputy CEO.

-         Approving to pay 2012 second cash dividend at VND2,000/share and 2012 stock dividend with exercise ratio 30%.

-         Approving to choose one of six auditing companies approved by the AGM 2013 to audit BMP’s financial statements in 2013.

-         Approving the income report in the first 05 months of 2013 and business plan for Quarter 3/2013 and Quarter 4/2013.
